Terms and Conditions
Payment + Fees: All appointments will require a $50 booking fee to be paid online at the time of scheduling. This fee will be credited towards your final invoice. Remaining invoices are due immediately upon delivery of final deliverables. All payments are to be made online which will be sent to clients through e-mail.
If the photographer arrives and is unable to access or adequately shoot the property for reasons beyond our control, there will be an additional $50 fee. This fee also applies to any cancellations to sessions within 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Special circumstances include inclement weather or emergencies.
Home setup: Please make sure that you provide the correct address and access information at the time of booking or the day before we arrive to shoot. If you have a lockbox, kindly double-check that the correct keys are inside the lockbox.
All properties and spaces will be photographed as-is upon our photographer’s arrival. To ensure that your property is clean and ready for photos or video, please refer to our home prep checklist under the FAQ section.
Turnaround: All photos will be processed and delivered to the client within two business days of booked session. Videos will be completed and delivered within five business days.
Other: Any special requests, including special shots or specific angles, should be made known to the photographer prior to the scheduled session. Otherwise, the photographer will shoot the home based on experience.
